الصفحة دي بتقول بالظبط إيه اللي بيتخزن عنك لما تاخد كارت دايم، مين بيشوفه، ومين تاني بيلمسه. مكتوبة من الكود نفسه، مش من نموذج جاهز.
This page says exactly what gets stored about you when you take a Daayem card, who sees it, and who else touches it. It is written from the code, not from a template.
الخلاصة: اسمك ورقم موبايلك. مفيش إيميل، ولا عنوان، ولا تاريخ ميلاد، ولا كارت دفع، ولا رقم قومي. الباقي كله بيتكوّن من الختمات نفسها.
The short version: your name and your mobile number. No email, no address, no date of birth, no payment card, no ID number. Everything else is just the stamps themselves.

Who holds this
اتنين، وكل واحد ليه دور مختلف. الكافيه اللي اشتركت فيه هو صاحب ليستة عملائه؛ هو اللي بيقرر يبعتلك إيه وإمتى. ودايم هي اللي بتشغّل النظام للكافيه ده وبتخزّن البيانات بالنيابة عنه.
Two parties, with different roles. The cafe you signed up with owns its customer list, and decides what it sends you and when. Daayem runs the system for that cafe and stores the data on its behalf.
يعني لو عايز حاجة تتغيّر أو تتمسح، تقدر تروح لأي واحد فينا، والتانية هتتعمل برضه.
So if you want something changed or deleted, either of us can do it, and it happens on both sides.

What you give us
فورمة الاشتراك فيها خانتين، وبس:
The sign-up form has two fields, and that is all:
- اسمك، زي ما إنت كتبته. وده اللي بيظهر على الكارت.
- Your name, as you typed it. It is what shows on the card.
- رقم موبايلك المصري. وده اللي بيخلّي الكارت يرجعلك لو الموبايل ضاع، وهو اللي عند الكافيه لو حبّ يكلّمك.
- Your Egyptian mobile number. It is how the card comes back to you if you lose your phone, and it is what the cafe has if it wants to reach you.

What your use produces
- كل ختمة: إمتى اتزوّدت، في أي فرع، ومين الموظف اللي دَوَس. ولو اتراجع عنها، ده متسجّل برضه.
- Every stamp: when it was added, at which branch, and which staff member tapped it. If it was undone, that is recorded too.
- الكروت اللي كمّلت والهدايا اللي اتاخدت، وإمتى.
- Cards you completed and rewards you took, and when.
- الرسايل اللي الكافيه بعتهالك على الكارت، بنصّها، عشان يبان مين بعت إيه وإمتى.
- Messages the cafe sent to your card, with their text, so there is a record of who sent what and when.
ومفيش حاجة من دي بتتجمع غير لما حد يمسح كارتك فعلاً على الكاشير.
None of it is collected except when someone actually scans your card at a counter.

What we do not do
مفيش ملف واحد بيتجمّع عنك عبر الكافيهات. لو اشتركت في كافيهين، النظام بيعملك سجلّين منفصلين تمامًا، واحد لكل كافيه. محدش بيربطهم، ولا كافيه بيشوف غير اللي حصل عنده هو.
No single profile is built about you across cafes. If you sign up at two cafes the system keeps two entirely separate records, one per cafe. Nothing links them, and no cafe sees anything but what happened at its own counter.
- مبنبيعش بياناتك ومبنأجّرهاش، ومفيش شبكات إعلانات ولا أكواد تتبّع على الموقع ده.
- We do not sell or rent your details, and there are no ad networks and no tracking scripts on this site.
- مبنلمسش فلوس. دايم مش بتاخد دفع ومبتشوفش كارت بنكك، والحساب بيتدفع للكافيه زي ما هو.
- We never touch money. Daayem does not take payments and never sees your bank card; you pay the cafe exactly as before.
- مبنتتبّعش مكانك. تفصيلة المكان تحت، لإنها بتلخبط كتير.
- We do not track your location. The location detail is below, because it is easy to misread.

The location question
الكارت بيتعمل وجواه إحداثيات فروع الكافيه، عشان محفظة الموبايل تقدر تطلّعلك الكارت وإنت قريب من المحل. ده كله بيحصل جوّه الموبايل نفسه: Apple أو Google هما اللي بيقارنوا مكانك بالإحداثيات دي.
The card is issued carrying the coordinates of the cafe's branches, so your phone's wallet can surface it when you are near the shop. All of that happens on the phone itself: Apple or Google are the ones comparing your location against those coordinates.
دايم عمرها ما بتستلم مكانك، لا وقت ده ولا في أي وقت تاني. إحنا بنعرف الفرع اللي اتمسح فيه الكارت، لإن الموظف اللي هناك هو اللي مسحه، مش لإننا بنتبّعك.
Daayem never receives your location, not for this and not for anything else. We know which branch a stamp happened at because the staff member standing there is the one who scanned it, not because we followed you.

Who else touches it
أقل عدد ممكن، وأهم دول:
As few as possible, and these are all of them:
- WalletWallet — هي اللي بتصدر الكارت وبتحدّثه في المحفظتين. بيوصلها اسمك وكود الكارت والعدد، عشان تقدر ترسمه.
- WalletWallet issues the card and updates it in both wallets. It receives your name, the card code and the count, because it has to draw them.
- Apple و Google — الكارت قاعد في محفظة واحدة منهم على موبايلك، وهما اللي بيوصّلوا التحديثات. سياستهم هي اللي سارية على الجزء ده.
- Apple and Google hold the card in their wallet on your phone and deliver its updates. Their own policies govern that part.
- Cloudflare — بتشغّل الموقع ده والخدمة اللي وراه.
- Cloudflare runs this site and the service behind it.
- Supabase — بتخزّن صور الكافيه نفسه: اللوجو وخلفية الكارت. مفيش بيانات عملاء هناك.
- Supabase stores the cafe's own artwork, its logo and the card background. No customer data is kept there.

What sits on your own phone
فورمة الاشتراك بتفتكر اسمك ورقمك على الموبايل ده بس، عشان لو الشبكة قطعت في النص متعيدش الكتابة. ده متخزّن في متصفحك ومش بيوصلنا كتخزين.
The sign-up form remembers your name and number on that phone only, so you do not retype everything if the connection drops halfway. It is kept in your browser and does not reach us as stored data.
والموقع ده بيفتكر إنت اخترت عربي ولا إنجليزي، وبس. مفيش كوكيز إعلانات ولا تحليلات.
This site remembers whether you chose Arabic or English, and nothing else. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics.
ناحية الكافيه والموظفين
The cafe's own side
الموظفين بيدخلوا على تطبيق الكاشير برقم سري. ومع كل محاولة دخول بنسجّل بصمة مشفّرة لعنوان الإنترنت، مش العنوان نفسه، عشان نقف اللي بيجرّب أرقام عشوائية. ده بتاع حسابات الكافيه، ومش بيتعمل للعملاء.
Staff sign in to the counter app with a PIN. With each attempt we record a hashed fingerprint of the network address rather than the address itself, so that someone guessing PINs can be stopped. That belongs to the cafe's own accounts and is not done for customers.

Your rights, and how to use them
قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (رقم 151 لسنة 2020) بيدّيك حق إنك تشوف بياناتك، تصحّحها، وتطلب مسحها، وتسحب موافقتك. وإحنا بننفّذ الأربعة.
Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (151 of 2020) gives you the right to see your data, correct it, ask for it to be erased, and withdraw your consent. We act on all four.
بس خلينا صريحين في نقطة: لسه مفيش زرار بتدوس عليه بنفسك. الطريقة دلوقتي إنك تكلّم الكافيه، أو تكلّمنا إحنا على واتساب، وإحنا بنعملها ونرد عليك نقولّك خلاص اتعملت.
One thing stated plainly: there is no self-service button for this yet. The way it works today is that you ask the cafe, or message us on WhatsApp, and we do it and write back to tell you it is done.
وعايز الرسايل تبطل بس من غير ما تمسح حاجة؟ قول للكافيه، أو اشيل الكارت من محفظتك وهي بتبطل توصلك.
Want the messages to stop without deleting anything? Tell the cafe, or delete the card from your wallet and they stop arriving.
البيانات بتفضل قد إيه
How long any of it is kept
سجلّك بيفضل موجود طول ما الكافيه شغّال بدايم، لإن ده اللي بيخلّي ختماتك مستنياك لما ترجع. ولما تطلب المسح، بيتمسح.
Your record stays while the cafe is still using Daayem, because that is what keeps your stamps waiting for you when you come back. When you ask for it to be deleted, it is deleted.
ولسه مفيش مدة محددة بنمسح بعدها لوحدنا. لما نحطّها، هتتكتب هنا.
There is not yet a fixed period after which we delete it on our own. When there is one, it will be written here.
لو الصفحة دي اتغيّرت
If this page changes
تاريخ آخر تحديث فوق بيتغيّر معاها. ولو اتغيّر حاجة كبيرة في اللي بنجمعه أو مين بيشوفه، الكافيهات هتتبلّغ عشان تبلّغ عملاءها.
The date at the top changes with it. If anything substantial changes about what is collected or who sees it, the cafes are told so they can tell their customers.
